Air side pressure drop (measured upstream of the damper with complete opening)

The pressure curves refer to the combustion head adjustment
conditions.
In the event that the supplied air has a temperature greater than
20°C and/or an altitude greater than 100 m. a.s.l., the pressure
drops of the head shown in the diagram are multiplied by the co-
efficient K
indicated in the Tab. E.

Burnt output = 25000 kW - Altitude = 750 m. a.s.l. - Combustion
air temperature = 120 °C

From the diagram (Fig. 5), for an output of 25000 kW, the total
pressure drop obtained at the head is equal to: p
(combustion air at 20 °C and 100 m. a.s.l. altitude).
A multiplicative coefficient can be found on the table, for combus-
tion air at 120 °C and at 750 m. a.s.l., equal to Kc = 1.449.
The total pressure drop of the burner head is:
p = p
x K
= 15.8 x 1.449 = 22.9 mbar.
