1. Operation
Turn the POWER switch ON. First the battery packs are
discharged and then charged in order from 1 to 4. The
BC-1WD/1WDCE automatically conducts refreshing (discharge)
before charging to prevent against battery pack memory effects.
When you have no time to refresh the battery packs, press the
REFRESH OFF button and it will light. Consequently, charging will
start without refresh discharging first.
For the indications of the lamps during charging, see "1-2 Locations
and Functions of Parts."

The performance of the BC-1WD/1WDCE is guaranteed only for the
applicable battery packs. Do not charge any other types of battery
