Inserting the HDD Card

Insert the HDD Card into this player when transferring audio data to the HDD Card via the
player or when playing back audio data.
G Before starting
Turn off the power to the player before inserting the HDD Card into or removing it
from the player.
Press the OPEN button.
The slot cover opens.
Insert the HDD Card in the correct orientation shown.
Eject button
Close the slot cover.
Confirm that the eject button is retracted, then close the slot cover.
I To remove the HDD Card
1 Push the Eject button so that it is extended.
2 Push the Eject button again until you hear a click.
3 With the HDD Card slightly ejected, hold the sides of the HDD Card and pull out
slowly.
NOTE
Do not press the OPEN button or remove the HDD Card during data transfer to the

HDD Card or during audio data playback. Neglecting this can damage the HDD Card or
data in the HDD Card.
Insert the HDD Card as far as it will go, taking
care that the surface marked "Insert" faces
upward.
