PROBLEM
Pump runs sluggishly.

Troubleshooting
CAUSE
Worn or damaged carriage o-rings.
Clogged suction line or inlet strainer. Clear.
Sticking or leaking ball check
valves.
Exhausted fluid supply.
Worn ball check valves.
Worn air valve cup or plate.
Fluid covers are installed incorrectly. Align mounting holes in fluid covers
Ruptured diaphragm.
Loose suction line.
Ruptured diaphragm.
Incorrect fluid or air pressure at gun. See gun manual; read fluid
Fluid is too thin or too thick.
Dirty, worn, or damaged spray gun.
Fluid is settling out.
SOLUTION
Service air valve. See page 18.
Disassemble and clean ball checks.
Replace worn parts. See page 16.
Refill fluid supply and prime pump.
