CLUTCH/DRIVEN PULLEY

REMOVAL
• The clutch/driven pulley can be serviced with the
engine installed in the frame.
Remove the left crankcase cover (page 11-5).
Hold the clutch outer with the special tool and
remove the nut.
TOOL:
Flywheel holder
Remove the washer and clutch outer.
Hold the clutch/driven pulley assembly and com-
press the driven face spring by turning movable
driven face clockwise until it is set in lock position.
Remove the clutch/driven pulley assembly from the
drive belt by holding the movable driven face.
