Linear Actuator TOOLS REQUIRED FOR ASSEMBLY 9/1 6" Wrenches or Adjustable 3/4" Wrenches or Adjustable Wrenches PREPARING THE SLEEVE HITCH Remove the bolt and nut that attach the lift link to the sleeve hitch frame. - Page 5 Insertthe 1/2"x 2-3/4"hexboltintothe lowershaft of theactuatorandthenscrewa 1/2"hexlocknut as faras possible ontothe bolt.Seefigure3. Placeupto five 1/2"flat washers between the anchorbrackets on the lift assembly andinsertthe endof the 1/2"x 2-3/4"hexboltthrough the anchor bracketsandthewashers.
