Safety information These warning signs are here to prevent injury to yourself and others. Please follow them explicitly. After reading this manual, store it in a safe place for future reference. Read all instructions before using the appliance. As with any equipment that uses electricity and moving parts, potential hazards exist. To safely operate this appliance, familiarize yourself with its operation and exercise care when using it. - Page 5 If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. This appliance should be positioned so that the power plug, the water supply taps, and the drain pipes are accessible. - Page 17 STEP 4 Position the drain hose General type 1. Press and hold down the joint ring, and insert it into the drain hose. 2. Insert the drain hose into the drain outlet. Make sure to connect them firmly using the joint ring. The drain hose is extensible.

Before you start The basics Prewash (Water Jet & Built-in sink) CAUTION Do not abuse Water Jet. Excessive use of Water Jet increases water consumption. • • When running water to the tub, do that gently. Otherwise, water may overflow the tub. Water Jet and Built-in sink help you hand- wash before the washing machine starts operation. - Page 21 Detergent drawer To add a laundry-specific detergent, follow these steps: 1. Open the door then the Built-in sink to reveal the tub. 2. Locate the detergent drawer, and slide it open. 3. Apply powder detergent as recommended by the manufacturer.
