4. Press down on the plastic connector and
pull off the rubber plug.
5. Hold down the plastic filter connector and
insert the previously cut piece of pipe into it.
6. Release the plastic connector and reinsert
the retainer into its seat to secure the pipe to
the filter.
7. Determine the location to attach the external
filter.
The filter must be fixed in a vertical
position (the word "FLOW" and
the relative arrow must point
downwards) to allow the Ice
Maker to function correctly.
20 - INSTALLATION
8. On the external filter, on the side opposite
the arrow and the word "FLOW", remove
the plastic retainer.
9. Press down on the plastic connector and
pull off the rubber plug.
10. Hold down the plastic connector of the filter
and insert the remaining piece of pipe (to
the end of which the fitting is connected for
connection to the water mains).
11. Release the plastic connector and reinsert
the retainer into its seat to secure the pipe to
the filter.
