Assembling the Machine

Parts needed for this procedure:
1 Tiller assembly
1 Handlebar assembly
1 Handlebar tube
2 Wheel
1 Lower pulley guard
1 Pulley guard plate
1 Drag stake
1 Bolt (M8 x 85 mm)
2 Bolt (M6 x 65 mm)
2 Bolt (M8 x 16 mm)
4
Bolt (M6 x 14 mm)
1 Nut (M8)
4 Nut (M6)
4 Screw
2 Pin
1 Lock pin
Procedure
1. Remove the loose parts from the top of the box.
2. Close the box, turn it upside-down, and cut it
open at the corners.
3. Cut, remove, and discard the rectangle shown
on both sides of the foam.

4. Remove the wheels.
5. Assemble the pulley guards.
1. Screw (4)
2. Pulley guard plate
6. Install the guards to the tiller assembly.
