Information on the AMG high performance brake
system
The AMG high performance brake system is
designed for heavy loads. This may lead to noise
when braking. This effect can also occur after
washing the vehicle.
The noise depends on the following factors:
Speed
R
Brake force
R
Environmental conditions, e.g. temperature
R
and air humidity

Have the brake system checked at a qualified
specialist workshop after it has been subjec-
ted to extreme loads.

Function of the DYNAMIC SELECT switch

Function of the on-road drive programs
Use the DYNAMIC SELECT switch to change
between the following drive programs:
o (Slippery): optimizes pulling away and driv-
ing characteristics in wintry and slippery
road conditions
= (Individual): individual setting of drive, sus-
pension, steering and ECO start/stop func-
tion
A (Comfort): comfortable and economical
driving by shifting up early and the ECO
start/stop function
C (Sport): sporty driving, optimizes switch
points and more direct handling
B (Sport +): especially sporty driving, acous-
tic signal when shifting down, optimal
switching times and quicker pulling away
Drive program A is recommended in city traf-
fic and stop-and-go traffic.
