• Make sure the system is properly connected. (For
details, see "Connecting the CPF-IX001 to the network"
of the Operating Instructions provided with the system.
Also check your computer's network settings.)
• Check for

• Make sure the system is registered in M-crew Server.
Refer to the instructions for confirming registration.
• Check the ERROR LOG VIEWER.
Start up M-crew Server, then click [ERROR LOG] in the
LAUNCHER window, or right-click
"ERROR LOG VIEWER". Check the contents displayed in the
ERROR LOG VIEWER.
• Initialize the database.
The database has entered an illegal status, and may need to be
initialized. Execute "DatabaseClear.exe" (page 24).
Care should be taken when initializing the database, as the
registered contents information will be initialized if you execute
"DatabaseClear.exe".
• Restart your computer.
