Adjustments
Control adjustments
To
prevent
accidental
remove spark plug wire from spark
plug and disconnect battery at nega-
tive terminal, if equipped, when
adjusting controls.
To adjust throttle control:
Loosen casing clamp screw. Move governor control lever,
wire and casing to in direction of arrow as far as possible.
Move throttle control to FAST position. Tighten casing clamp
screw.

Check stop switch
Move throttle control to STOP position, if equipped. Governor
control lever must make good contact with stop switch.
Check operation of controls. Readjust if necessary.

adjustable.

Carburetor adjustments
The manufacturer of the equipment on which this
TAB
engine is installed specifies top speed at which the
engine will be operated. DO NOT EXCEED this speed.
Depending on the controls of this engine, it may idle down
only 600 to 900 rpm, which accounts for the higher than
expected idle speed, or it may not idle down at all.
Adjustments
The carburetor on this engine is not adjustable.
