• This appliance is not intended for use
by persons (including children) with

knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning
use of appliance by a person responsible
for their safety.
• Wear Proper Apparel – Loose-fitting or
hanging garments should never be worn
while using the appliance.
• Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
• Proper Installation – Be sure your
appliance is properly installed and
grounded by a qualified technician.
• If the supply cord damaged, it must be
replaced by a special cord or assembly
available from the manufacturer or

Select utensils having flat bottoms
large enough to cover the surface unit
heating element. The use of undersized
utensils will expose a portion of the
heating element to direct contact
and may result in ignition of clothing.
Proper relationship of utensil to heating
element will also improve efficiency.
Warning: Never modify or alter the

construction of the range including by
removing leveling legs, panels, wire
covers, anti-tip brackets, or screws, or
any other part of the appliance.

over causes smoking and greasy spill

Warning: Protective Liners – Do not

use aluminum foil to line drip pans
or anywhere in the oven, except as
described in this manual. Foil can trap

product and a shock or fire hazard.
