Maintenance f faucet leaks from spout outlet–Shut off water supplies– Replace Seats and Springs (1).* If leak persists–Shut off water supplies–Replace Stem Unit Assembly (2).* *Install stems (2) and 1/4 turn stops (3) correctly for proper handle rotation. Remove aerator (1) and turn faucet handles (2) all the way on.
