Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped.
Loose electrical connections.
Overheated motor.

Improper oil viscosity.
Too much oil in crankcase.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check for cause of blown fuse/breaker and replace or reset.
Check wiring connections.
Allow motor to cool down before restarting.
Check valve manually by pulling upwards on ring. If condition
persists replace valve.
Clean or replace as necessary.
Replace check valve.
Check for proper adjustment and if problem persists, replace
pressure switch.
Replace oil with SAE30 weight non-detergent oil.
Drain crankcase and fill to proper level.
Air pressure regulated too high.
Replace filter.
