Ensure the rocker portion (preassembled parts N) of the swivel base (B) is positioned all the way into the swivel base (B). It may have shifted or vibrated out during shipment. Assembly Instructions Attach the tabletop. Place the table top (A) upside down on a flat, non-abrasive surface. Attach a table leg (B) to the table top (A) using three bolts (E) and washers (I). Repeat for the other three legs.
