We are not responsible for, nor do we refund, lost,
stolen, misused, or damaged Re-Boost cards. We
do not accept returns of or provide refunds for
Re-Boost cards. Please ask your retailer any questions
regarding its return policy. Re-Boost cards must be
applied to your account within the time specified
on the card. All Re-Boost sales are final and non-
refundable regardless of who uses or possesses your
mobile phone or Device after you purchase services,
and regardless of whether the mobile phone or Device
is used with your consent or knowledge.

Establishing or Replenishing
Account Balances
Information on how you can establish and maintain
an account balance will be provided at activation
and is also available at boostmobile.com or through
Boost Customer Care. The replenishment methods
available to you will depend on the terms of your
Services. A fee may apply to certain replenishment
methods. Some service plans may provide for
automatic account balance replenishment through,
for example, automatic billing to a credit card or debit
card or automatic debit from an eligible account with
a financial institution. Payment through these methods
may be subject to limitations, including, but not limited
to, the number of times an account may be debited or
charged in a particular time period; the amount that
may be debited or charged from an account; or other
limitations imposed by us or the financial institution
that holds the account.
