Troubleshooting

Error
Engine does not start.
Motor suddenly stops.
The engine has no power or the
unit is not vacuuming/blowing.
Strong vibrations.

Cause
Connection cable not connected
or defective.
Household fuse overloaded.
Operating switch defective.
Plug has become loose.
Vacuum bag full.
Damaged vacuum/blow turbine. Have defective parts replaced by
Blocked vacuum/blow pipe.
Damaged vacuum/blow turbine
or other parts.
Remedial action
Check and plug in cable; if required replace
or have it repaired by a specialist.
Switch on fuse; if required increase the
fused house connection or have one
installed by a specialist.
Have it repaired by a specialist company
Check cable, ensure that it is attached to
the cord grip, insert plug again.
Empty the vacuum bag.

Remove and clean vacuum/blow pipe.
Switch off the unit immediately.
