TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSES
No power.
The door is not
properly closed.
Water tank full, empty or not
properly in place.

Instructions on care label
not followed.
Fabric type selected
not appropriate for the items
in the load.
Items not separated.

cabinet.
WHAT TO DO
Ensure the cabinet is plugged in and the
power supply is turned on at the wall.
Ensure the door is firmly shut.
Ensure the water tank is correctly
in place. Refer to 'Water tank'.
Refer to 'Delay Start' for
more information.
Press and hold
KEY LOCK
the controls.
After a power cut the cabinet will be
paused. Press
START
Press
to resume the cycle.

Water collects in the tank during the
function. This may need to be emptied
partway through the cycle if it becomes
full. Refer to 'Water tank'.
Ensure the door is firmly shut.
Follow the instructions on the care label
of the items.
Ensure the fabric type selected is
appropriate for items in the load. Refer
to 'Cycle options'.
Dry similar items together or select
the
fabric type. Refer to
MIXED
'Cycle options'.
Ensure items are securely placed on
racks and use the clips to secure items
onto hangers.
Removing items while still hot may cause
damage. Spread items out and allow to
cool fully before putting away.
Space out items in the cabinet so they
are not touching.
Sort white/light and coloured items into
separate loads.
Ensure white/light items are placed on
the top rack.
Sort white/light and coloured items into
separate loads.
