Press the MEMORY button again, the minute digits
begin to flash.
11. Press the SKIP forward or backward buttons to adjust
the minute.
12. Press the MEMORY button once more, the timer off
setting is finished.
Note: Timer "OFF" indicator will stop flashing after
about 3 seconds and then goes off.
13. To cancel the timer on setting, press the TIMER button
until "TIMER" display goes off.
SNOOZE FUNCTION
If the unit has switched itself on by means of the timer function, press the SNOOZE button to switch the unit
off for approximately 9 minutes. After this time, the unit switches itself on again. Then press the SNOOZE
button again for another 9 minutes, or switch the unit off with the POWER/STANDBY button.
SLEEP SETTING
Pressing the SLEEP button permits settings from 00
minutes to 120 minutes. When the desired time appears,
releasing your finger will set the time.
(Pressing "SLEEP" after the 120-minute position will cancel
the sleep timer)

BASIC OPERATION
Electronic volume control
Electronic volume control display
1. Press VOLUME UP or DOWN button to
adjust sound level, the volume level (MIN -
01 ~ 59 - MAX) will be shown in the LCD
display.

Holding down the button will result in
continuous increase or decrease of the
volume.
MUTING FUNCTION
If the MUTE button is pressed, the audio output will
be muted, and "MUTE" indicator will be displayed.
Example : Muted FM mode
Press once more to cancel.
Cancel Muting
PRESET EQ FUNCTION
Press the EQ button repeatedly to cycle through the
preset EQ shown on the LCD display - FLAT, POP,
ROCK, JAZZ and DISCO.
SURROUND FUNCTION
Press the SURROUND button on remote control to
ON for full sound.
DYNAMICBASS Control
Press the DYNAMICBASS button to get a rich bass
sound.
Note: Display will recall the most recent setting
when you first press DYNAMICBASS button.
To cancel the DYNAMICBASS function, press once
more.
