HOUR COUNTER AND BATTERY VOLTAGE DISPLAY ELECTRONIC BOARD REPLACEMENT
1.
Drive the machine on a solid and level ground and engage the parking brake with the lever (23).
2.
Turn the ignition key (2) to "0" and remove it.
3.
Open the hood (26). Disconnect the battery connector (63) and close the hood.
4.
Remove the screws (15) and carefully move the right control panel (16).
5.
Disconnect the connection (A) from the hour counter and battery voltage display electronic board (B).
6.
Remove the screws (C), then remove the hour counter and battery voltage display electronic board (B).
7.
Install the new electronic board in the reverse order of removal.
The new electronic board must be set according to the type of batteries (61) installed on the machine.
Install a jumper wire (D) on WET connectors (E) for lead batteries or on GEL connectors (F) for gel batteries.
NON-START FUNCTION CHECK (WITHOUT OPERATOR ON THE DRIVER'S SEAT)
1.
When the machine is off and the operator is not on the driver's seat (45), try and start the machine by turning the ignition
key (2) to "I". The machine should not start.
HOOD SAFETY SWITCH OPERATION CHECK
1.
Open the hood (26) when the machine is off.
2.
Try to start the machine by turning the ignition key (2) to "I". The machine should not start.
3.
Close the hood (26).
4.
Start the machine by turning the ignition key (2) to "I".
5.
Open the hood (26). The machine should turn off immediately.
6.
Turn the ignition key (2) to "0".
7.
Close the hood (26).
NON-START FUNCTION CHECK (WITH BATTERY CHARGER CONNECTED TO THE ELECTRICAL
MAINS)
1.
When the machine is off, connect the battery charger cable (65) to the electrical mains.
2.
Try to start the machine by turning the ignition key (2) to "I". The machine should not start.
3.
Disconnect the battery charger cable (65) from the electrical mains.
