9.3 Maintaining the mobile bar
A
NOTICE! Damage hazard
Observe especially when maintaining stainless steel:
• Do not leave any metallic objects (e.g. beverage cans) on the stainless steel surfaces
for a long period of time and remove corrosive food residues (cola, lemon juice,
tomatoes, wine, salt, etc.) as soon as possible to avoid contact corrosion of the sur-
faces.
I
NOTE
Condensation on glass door: When ambient humidity is above 65 % in 25 °C ambi-
ent temperature, moisture will condense on the glass door. This condensation disap-
pears when the humidity drops.
➤ Regularly inspect the device for any breaks or cracks that may have accumulated germs or dirt.
9.4 Long term storage and winterization
I
NOTE
• Cover stainless steel surfaces to protect them from contamination.
• When the protective cover (accessories) is used, place the cutting board on the
rotomolded ice basket to prevent water from accumulating and damaging the pro-
tective cover.
• Winterization is recommended when the lowest daily ambient temperature is
beneath 0 °C.
