8 Operation
8.1 Energy saving tips
• Only open the beverage center as often and for as long as necessary.
• Defrost the beverage center as soon as a layer of ice forms.
• Avoid unnecessarily low temperature settings.
• For optimal energy consumption, position the shelves according to their position on delivery.
• On a regularly basis, make sure the door seal still fits properly.
• Clean dust and dirt from the condenser at regular intervals.
8.2 Notes on the location
• Observe the intended ambient temperature range of 0 °C to +38 °C. Avoid extremely warm or cold ambient
temperatures.
• Ensure that the ground is level and stable enough to support the device even at full capacity.
• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight and other heat sources (oven, heater, radiator, etc.) to avoid unnec-
essarily high power consumption and damage to the acrylic coating.
• Choose a location where the device is protected from splashing water, high humidity or rain.
• Ensure sufficient ventilation around the device, especially at the ventilation openings of the device.
8.3 Before first use

NOTE
After setting up the mobile bar in its final location, wait 1 – 1.5 hours to allow the refrig-
erant to settle in the beverage center before connecting the device to the power sup-
ply.
➤ Clean the surfaces of the mobile bar and the inside of the beverage center for hygienic reasons (see chapter
"Cleaning and maintenance" on page 26).
8.4 Notes on storing bottles
• Store only bottles and cans that are closed and still sealed.
• Do not overload the device.
• Do not cover the shelves with aluminium foil or any other objects, as this impedes air circulation.
