From inside of hood, screw the supplied ⅝" (16 mm)

below. The quantity of screws is dependent on the hood

Installing the telescopic chimney extension
Requirement: IMPORTANT: Secure the chimney hood to
the wall after installing the extension mounting bracket, but
before installing the telescoping chimney extension.
