Switching the Phone On or Off

1. Open the phone.
2. Press and hold the
switches on.
3. If the phone asks for a PIN, enter the PIN
code and press the Confirm soft key. For
further details, see page 124.
The phone begins searching for your network.
When it finds the network, you can see the
network operator's name. You can make or
receive a call only when it has found the
network.
Note: To change the language, use the
Language menu (Menu 9-2-4); for
further details, see page 95.
