Delete All
(Menu 10.5)
This menu allows you to delete all of the
downloaded items in the Games, Sounds and
Images folders. You can delete all of the items
at one time.
To
select a folder to
clear
place a check mark
remove a check
mark
delete the marked
items
When a confirming message displays, press the
Yes soft key to confirm.
Memory Status
(Menu 10.6)
You can check the amount of the memory being
used and the memory remaining for games,
sounds and images.
Games: the display shows the total, free and
used space, and the number of games you
downloaded.
Sounds & Images: the display shows the total,
free and used space, including each space used
by sounds and images.

Press the
Up or Down key. To
delete all of your items,
select All.
Mark soft key.
Unmark soft key.
Delete soft key.

Solving Problems

If you are experiencing problems with your
phone, preform the following simple checks
before contacting a service professional. This
may save you the time and expense of an
unnecessary service call.
When you switch your phone on, the
following messages may appear
Insert SIM Card
• Check that the SIM card is correctly installed.
Phone Locked Enter Password
• The automatic locking function has been
enabled. You must enter the phone's password
before you can use the phone.
Enter PIN
• You are using your phone for the first time.
You must enter the Personal Identification
Number supplied with the SIM card.
• The PIN Check feature is enabled. Every time
the phone is switched on, the PIN has to be
entered. To disable this feature, use the PIN
Check menu (Menu 7.6.1).
Enter PUK
• The PIN code was entered incorrectly three
times in succession and the phone is now
blocked. Enter the PUK supplied by your
service provider.
