Searching and pairing with a Bluetooth
device
1. Press <Search>.
After searching, a list of devices to which you
can connect displays.
2. Scroll to the device and press <Add List>.
3. Enter a Bluetooth PIN and press < OK>. This
code is used just once and you do not need
to memorise it.
When the owner of the other device enters
the same code, pairing is complete.
Some devices, especially headsets or hands-
free car kits, may have a fixed Bluetooth PIN,
such as 0000. If the other device has a code,
you must enter it.
Using device options
From the device list, press <Options> to
access the following options:
• Add New: search for a device.

• Edit name: rename the paired device.
• Erase: remove the selected device from the
list.
• Erase All: remove all the devices from the
list.
• Info: access the selected device
information.
• Settings: change the Bluetooth settings.

Use this menu to change the Bluetooth settings.
• Enable: activate or deactivate the Bluetooth
feature.
• Visibility: allow other Bluetooth devices to
locate your phone, or not.
• Device Name: assign another Bluetooth
device name to your phone name.
• Device Info: access your phone information
for using Bluetooth services.
