FTP still image sending Tab

Set the items for the still file images that are recorded at
alarm detection or recorded periodically and sent to the
FTP server.
Note
While transferring the files with FTP still image
sending, the frame rate and operability of the main
viewer decrease.
FTP server
Set the items for the FTP server where files will be sent.
Server name
Type the FTP server name of the FTP server where you
want to upload the files using up to 64 characters or type
the IP address of the FTP server.
User name
Type the user name for the FTP server using up to 64
characters.
Password
Type the password for the FTP server using up to 64
characters.
Passive mode
Set whether to use the passive mode of the FTP server
when you connect to the FTP sever. If you select the
checkbox, you can connect to FTP sever in passive
mode.
Alarm sending
Image to be sent
Select the video codec mode for the image of alarm
sending.
For detailed settings of video codec mode, see the Video
codec tab in the Video / Audio menu.
Remote path
Type the path where the files will be sent using up to 64
characters.
Image file name
Type the file name of the image that you want to send to
the FTP server using up to 10 alphanumeric characters,
- (hyphen) and _ (underscore).
Suffix
Select a suffix to be added to the file name used when the
image is sent.
Date & time: The date & time suffix is added to the
image file name.
The date & time suffix consists of last two-digits of
the year (2 digits), month (2 digits), date (2 digits),
hour (2 digits), minute (2 digits), second (2 digits),
and sequential number (2 digits), thus adding 14-
digit number to the image file name.
Sequence number: A sequential 10-digit number
0000000001-4294967295 and a sequential 2-digit
number are added to the image file name to be sent.
Sequence number clear
If you click Clear, the suffix of the Sequence number
returns 1.
Test
If you click Execute, the image will be sent to the FTP
server once for testing according to the settings of alarm
sending.
Periodical sending
Image to be sent
Select the video codec mode of the image of periodical
sending.
For detailed settings of video codec mode, see the Video
codec tab in the Video / Audio menu.
Remote path
Type the path where the files will be sent using up to 64
characters.
Image file name
Type the file name of the image that you want to send to
the FTP server using up to 10 alphanumeric characters,
- (hyphen) and _ (underscore).

None: The name of the sent file will be the image file
name.
Date & time: The date & time suffix is added to the
image file name.
