INSTALLATION
Make sure the DIR-X1530 is turned off before executing the commands below.
1. Connect the Ethernet cable coming from the device (modem) providing Internet access to the Ethernet WAN port
marked in yellow. Connect your computer to the router using an Ethernet cable and one of the available LAN ports.
2. Place the antennas in a vertical position.
3. Connect the power supply to the power socket located on the back panel of the DIR-X1530 router. Connect the
power supply to the mains.
a. The LEDs will turn on when the router starts up.
b. After a while, when the router is started, the following LEDs will be on steadily: Power, WiFi, LAN and WAN
(if devices are connected).
4. Open a web browser and enter the address of the router: http://192.168.0.1.
5. Press „START" and then „CONTINUE" to start the setup process.
6. From the "Connection method" drop-down menu, select "Autonomous" and click "NEXT".
