TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
No power
Not heating
Little or no steam
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Unit is not plugged in
• Unit is not turned on
• No power at unit
• Power button not pressed
• Steam setting not selected
• Out of water
• Steamer needs cleaning
• Auto-off activated

SOLUTION
• Plug unit in
• Press the power on and
steam setting button to turn
the unit on
• Check circuits and fuses or
try a different outlet
• Press the power button
• Press the steam setting
button to select regular or
turbo steam
• Refill the tank with water
• Clean following the self-
cleaning instructions
• Steamer in auto-off mode
after 8 minutes as indicated
by the steam setting button
slowly flashing green. Press
the power button twice to
turn the steamer on. It will
take up to 40 seconds to
heat up before use
