Fault finding

In the event that the appliance stops functioning or does not perform as expected, you can carry out a few simple checks. These
checks are some of the most common causes and are listed in the table below. Should the problem persist, then it will be necessary
to contact Worcester, Bosch Group.

Remedy
▶ Increase thermostatic radiator valve setting(s).
▶ Increase central heating flow temperature
control setting
▶ Increase settings on room thermostat
▶ Bleed radiators and re-pressurise the heating
system
▶ Re-pressurise the system, refer to page 8
▶ Turn down thermostatic radiator valves/room
thermostat
▶ Reduce the thermostat setting
▶ Reduce central heating temperature by turning
down the Central Heating control on boiler
▶ Check setting and adjust
▶ Check setting and adjust
▶ Bleed radiators and re-pressurise the heating
system
▶ Re-pressurise the system, refer to page 8
▶ Check setting and adjust
▶ Check system for obvious leaks.
