(Drum Instrument List; p. 69)
#114 (OFF) means OFF.

play rim shots, connect to Trigger Input "SNARE."

12H, CY-14C, or CY-15R to play rim shots (or edge/bell shots)

"S4r," "S10," or "S11" for the SNARE rim instrument.
Are you playing the cross stick correctly? (p. 20, p.
46)
Playing cross stick on electronic drums is a bit different. Be
sure your hand or stick does not strike the head also.
No Sound When the Pad is Hit Softly
Did you hit or touch a pad or press a pedal during
the TD-3's power up process?
Using the procedure of p. 14, turn the power on once again.
DO NOT touch any pads or pedals during the TD-3's power
up. When the TD-3 is turned on, it carries out a check of the
pads. If you strike a pad or press the pedal anytime during
this process, the pads cannot be checked properly, resulting in
incorrect functioning of the pads.

Press [CLICK] to light the button.
