It may be necessary to repressurise the system occasionally (when the
water pressure falls below 0.7). A filling device (the filling loop) will be fitted
on the system. This may be on the boiler itself, or on pipework near to the
boiler.
Important
If the water pressure requires regular re-pressurising a fault or
leak is indicated. Seek advice from your installer.

The Baxi 600 Combi is supplied with a special device, the "Easy-Fill"
permanent filling link.
1. Operate the spring loaded green lever to add water to the system.
Important
The system pressure is shown at all times on the pressure gauge
and can be viewed on the display when there is power to the
boiler.
2. When the figures on the display or needle on the pressure gauge
indicate between 1 and 1.5 bar release the lever.
3. It is not necessary to remove any part of the permanent link.
4. When the correct pressure is restored the boiler will reset
automatically.

page at www.baxi.co.uk for further details.

Important
To repressurise the system using other methods
5. If the "Easy-Fill" permanent filling link has not been fitted (for example
where the boiler is installed in a loft or similar) an alternative device
will have been used. This device will have been positioned at a
suitable point on the system by your installer. Please contact your
installer directly if you are unsure of the position of the device and how
it operates. Depending upon the property in which they are installed
heating systems differ greatly in detail - where the "Easy-Fill" link has
NOT been fitted Baxi will be unable to advise how to re-pressurise.
