Problem
Handle not in position

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible cause
Carriage bolts not seated properly.
Handle knobs not tightened.
Power supply not connected.
Lawn is rough or uneven.
Cutting height is not set properly.
High grass, rear of mower housing and
blade dragging in heavy grass, or cutting
height too low.
The rear of the grass catcher is dragging
in thick grass.
Blade is unbalanced.
Bent motor shaft.
Cutting height set too low.
Adjust the height of the handle and make
sure the carriage bolts are seated properly.
Tighten handle knobs.
Connect to power supply.
Check mowing area.
Move the wheels to a higher setting.
Raise cutting height.
Empty grass clippings from the grass catcher.
Balance the blade by grinding each cutting
edge equally.
Stop the motor, remove battery, and inspect
for damage. Have repaired by an authorized
service center before restarting.
Raise the cutting height.
