Should the problem persist or if other fault codes are displayed, then it will be necessary to contact Worcester, Bosch Group. This table gives information on basic operating system problems. -

Your advisor will arrange for an engineer to call with the minimum of delay; under normal circumstances this will be from 1 - 3 working days (excluding weekends) for priority breakdown situations (no hot water and/or heating). -

If the top of a radiator is at a lower temperature than the bottom then it should be bled by releasing air through the bleed screw at the top of the radiator.
