There is very little care and maintenance needed. The
griddle is designed and made of materials that will last many
years with normal use. Following these instructions will
improve the longevity of the griddle and quality of cooking.
To ensure safe operation of your griddle, the area of
cooking should always be kept free of combustible materials
of any type, such as gasoline or other flammable vapors or
liquids.

ENSURE THAT THE GAS SUPPLY AND THE KNOBS
ARE IN THE "O" POSITION. MAKE SURE THE RANGE
TOP BURNER IS COOL BEFORE REMOVAL.
MAIN BURNER CLEANING
Ensure the gas supply is off and the knobs are in the "O"
position. Make sure the grill is cool. Clean the exterior of the
burner with a wire brush. Clear stubborn scale with a metal
scraper. Clear any clogged ports with a straightened paper
clip. Never use a wooden toothpick as it may break off and
clog the port. Please note if insects or other obstructions are
blocking the flow of gas through the burner, and if so you
will need to call our customer service line at 1-800-913-8999
