Remove the LCD panel with hinges

Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the LCD unit" on page 47
"Remove the LCD bezel" on page 50
"Remove the hinge covers" on page 50
Step 1. Remove ten hinge screws and then carefully lift the LCD panel with hinges from the LCD cover.
