Remove the LCD panel with hinges

Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the LCD unit" on page 54
"Remove the LCD bezel" on page 57
"Remove the stripe covers" on page 57
Step 1. Remove ten hinge screws and then carefully lift the LCD panel with hinges from the LCD cover.
