Removing the powered GPU

Prerequisites

Steps
1. Disconnect the two power cables from the connectors on the powered GPU.
2. Lift the pull tab to open the PCIe door.
3. Push and hold the securing tab on the graphics-card slot and lift the powered GPU away from the graphics-card slot.

If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
