INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this unit is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade wider than
the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not
change the plug in any way.

1. Your massager may arrive partially charged, but you may need to charge it fully before use. If the
battery is depleted, you may plug the adapter cord into the port on the product's left hand side
strap. The green LED light will blink to indicate that the product is charging. The product will be fully
charged after approximately 4.5 hours of charging.
2. Place massager around neck (Fig. 1) or area of back you wish to massage. Convenient straps help
assist in easy positioning and intensity control (Fig.2). See page 6 for instructions on the use of the
controller.

TO CLEAN
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Spot clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge.
Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
• DO NOT immerse in any liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, or strong chemicals that might or might not be flammable and/
or damaging to the product to clean.
• DO NOT attempt to repair the massager. There are no user-serviceable parts. For service, contact the
Consumer Relations telephone number listed in the warranty section.
• This product has an internal, non-replaceable lithium battery. This battery is not user serviceable.
Please dispose in accordance with local, state, province, and country regulations.
TO STORE
Place massager in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects
which might cut or puncture the fabric surface. To avoid breakage, do not wrap the power cord around the
unit. Do not hang the unit by the power cord.
