    1-2. Snorkel Snorkel (if equipped) Your vehicle may be fitted with a snorkel. The snorkel, with its higher air- entry height, is designed to provide cleaner air to the engine in dusty conditions. The snorkel head should be forward- facing for normal driving to ensure optimum engine performance.

    Do not use recovery points if any parts are bent or bolts are loose. Any such parts must be replaced at your Toyota Dealer. Always follow manufacturer’s instructions in relation to the fitment of recovery devices to the recovery points.

They are designed to distribute the large recovery loads through the chassis frame. The recovery points are designed to 30° be used in unison, using a bridle to spread the load between both points.
