The CH1/2 X-OVER switch selects the required operation mode of the amplifier on Channel 1/2.
3
HP: Highpass mode (The higher frequencies will be eliminated. Adjustable by the HP controller).
FULL: Fullrange mode (All frequencies will be amplified).
The HP CH1/2 controller (high pass) adjust the cut-off point of the frequency range for Channel 1/2 to below. The cut-off frequen-
4
cy is continuously adjustable from 50Hz to 4kHz.
The LEVEL CH1/2 controller adjust the input sensitivity of the amplifier to align the audio signal of the head unit on Channel 1/2.
5
The input sensitivity is adjustable from 6 Volts (MIN) and 0.2 Volts (MAX).
The HP/BP CH3/4 controller (high pass / band pass) adjusts the cut-off point of the frequency range for Channel 3/4 to below.
6
The cut-off frequency is continuously adjustable from 50Hz to 250Hz.
The CH3/4 X-OVER switch selects the required operation mode of the amplifier on Channel 3/4.
7
HP: Highpass mode (The higher frequencies will be eliminated. Adjustable by the HP/BP controller).
FULL: Fullrange mode (All frequencies will be amplified).
BP: Bandpass mode (The HP/BP controller cuts the lower and the LP controller the higher frequencies).
The LP CH3/4 controller adjusts the cut-off point of the frequency range of Channel 3/4 to above. The cut-off frequency is conti-
8
nuously adjustable from 150 Hz to 4000 Hz.
The LEVEL CH3/4 controller adjust the input sensitivity of the amplifier to align the audio signal of the head unit on Channel 3/4.
9
The input sensitivity is adjustable from 6 Volts (MIN) and 0.2 Volts (MAX).
The LP CH5 controller (low pass) adjusts the cut-off point of the frequency range of Channel 5 (Subwoofer Channel) to above.
10
The cut-off frequency is continuously adjustable from 35 Hz to 150 Hz.
The SUBSONIC CH5 controller cuts off the ultra-deep and low inaudible frequencies of the audio signal from the subwoofer
11
channel. Hence, the subwoofer is not mechanically and electrically overloaded. The cut-off frequency can can be adjusted from
15 and 55 Hz, depending on the size of the subwoofer.
NOTE: If this controller is set higher than the LP controller no audio is hearable.
The BASS BOOST CH5 controller adjust the bass boost enhancement continuously from 0dB to +18dB.
12
The LEVEL CH5 controller adjust the input sensitivity of the amplifier to align the audio signal of the head unit on Channel 5
13
(Subwoofer Channel). The input sensitivity is adjustable from 6 Volts (MIN) and 0.2 Volts (MAX).
POWER/PROTECT
14
If the POWER LED lights up, the amplifier is ready for operation.
If the PROTECT LED lights up, a malfunction is indicated. Attend in this case the chapter TROUBLE SHOOTING.
With the INPUT MODE switch you can choose whether you want to drive the amp one pair of RCA cables (position 2CH), with
15
two pairs of RCA cables (position 4CH) or three pairs of RCA cables (position 5CH). NOTE: If you want to use the AUTO TURN
ON function the switch must be in 2CH position.
The BASS LEVEL CONTROLLER port is for the enclosed bass remote controller in LP/BP mode. With this bass remote cont-
16
roller you are able to adjust the bass level e.g. from the driver's seat. Please connect only the enclosed bass remote controller
and cable.
