Replacing the diaphragm pump

Replace the diaphragm pump as follows:

1. Switch off the central lubrication unit off at its local switch.

2. Disconnect all hoses.

3. Release the fastening screws.

4. Remove the diaphragm pump from the central lubrication unit.

5. Fit a new diaphragm pump to the central lubrication unit.

6. Tighten the fastening screws.

7. Reconnect all hoses.

8. Set the intake air valve.

9. Switch the central lubrication unit into automatic mode.

Removal of faults

Faults which are not removed or removed improperly can lead to faulty products,

damages to the plant or personal and property damage in adjoining areas!

Faults influence directly the proper operation of the plant! Faults have to be analysed

and removed immediately!

6.6.1

If the applied compressed air values do not meet requirements or the supply lines are damaged,

the valve switches incorrectly or remains in its switching position. Check for possible defects

and re-establish the operational values. Replace any defective components.
