4. Blue lens Adjustment
1) Turn the lens until the chromatic aberration changed
purple to green which of 3.5 Cross-Hatch part from
picture's center toward left.
2) Adjust the chromatic aberration become center of purple
and green.
3) Turn the VR to clockwise so that the thickness of B-
bright line thicker than G-bright line as much as times of
1.3 ±0.2 after control method as same of G-focus by B-
focus VR of focus pack.
4) Remove lens cover after adjusting all lens (R.G.B) and
receive cross hatch signal, observing condition of whole
screen's condition.
●Convergence Adjustment
1. Preliminary steps
1) This adjustment should be performed after raster slant,
raster position, horizontal and vertical adjustment.
2) This adjustment should be performed after warming up
30 minutes.
3) Tune the TV set cross-hatch pattern.
2. G-Convergence Adjustment
1) Screen the R and B lens with a cover so that the green
is appeared on the screen.
2) Set VR1131, 1163, 1170, 1175, 1148 and 1151 to the
mechanical center position.
3) Adjust V-BOW volume VR1118.
4) Adjust V-SKEW volume VR1116.
5) Adjust V-WAVE.A volume VR1167.
※ Adjust VR1172 and VR1167 together for delicate
alignment.
6) Adjust H-BOW volume VR1127.
7) Adjust H-SKEW volume VR1125.
8) Adjust V-PINCUSHION volume VR1134.
※Adjust VR1145 and VR1134 together for delicate alignment.
9) Adjust H-PINCUSHION volume VR1140.
※ Adjust VR1149 and VR1140 together for delicate
alignment.
10) Adjust V-KEYSTONE volume VR1117.
※Adjust VR1135 and VR1117 together for delicate alignment.
11) Adjust H-KEYSTONE volume VR1126.
※Adjust VR1141 and VR1126 together for delicate alignment.
