2. Thread the metal plate 3 through the slot A of the grey
removable disc.

The harness buckle is an integral safety component
of the child seat. If the harness buckle is not secured
correctly, this may lead to serious or even fatal in-
juries.
– Make sure that the red button 4 faces the inden-
tation.
– Make sure that the metal plate 3 is in the recess.
– Make sure that the harness buckle is securely
fastened to the grey removable disc by forcefully
pulling at the harness buckle.

1. Stow the SecureGuard 1 in the recess.
2. Slide the grey removable disc 2 back into its holder.
P The grey removable disc 2 locks audibly in place.
3. Thread the harness buckle 3 through the rear slot in the

cover 4.

4. Fold back the cover 4.
5. Close the press buttons of the cover 4.

2. Extend the headrest 1 to its maximum.
3. Loosen the loops 3.
4. Pull off the cover from the headrest 1.
5. Pull up the cover edge 4.
