5. How do I upgrade to the latest firmware?
Download the latest SLA5500 firmware from the Philips support site.
Make sure your SLA5500 and the computer you are using for the upgrade are connected to the
same wireless network.
Blue screen of death
If your SLA5500 has a blue screen without any characters make sure your wireless network has
the following settings:
Wireless network name (SSID) = 'Philips'.
Encryption should be disabled.
