Power
Activate power-saving mode and change the settings for power-saving mode.
• A uto power off: Set the length of time the device waits before turning off.
• T he device automatically turns off if the screen is not touched, or the buttons are
not pressed for a preset length of time. For extended use, select a longer time
period.
• T his feature is disabled when playing videos or listening to music.
• Y ou can save battery power by turning on this feature.
• P ower saving mode:
– CPU power saving: Set the device to limit some system resource usage.
– Screen power saving: Set the device to decrease the brightness of the display.
– Learn about power saving: Discover how to reduce battery consumption.
• F ast power-on: Activating this causes the device to start quickly for the next 24 hours.
Battery
View the amount of battery power consumed by your device.
Application manager
View and manage the applications on your device.
Location services
• U se wireless networks: Set to use Wi-Fi and/or mobile networks for finding the current
location.
• U se GPS satellites: Set to use the GPS satellite for finding the current location.
• L ocation and Google search: Set to use your current location for Google search and
other Google services.
