SUBJECT: Abnormal Netflix Operation

Symptoms:

Netflix App freezes.

Netflix App plays for a while. and then exits out to the TV source by itself.

Netflix app is not available.

Netflix app is not working.

REPAIR GUIDE:

Do Not Change

Update the TV Software to the latest version. Refer to Table 1.

(Note: Make sure to download the S/W file from SAMSUNG.COM prior to customer visit.)

Verify the Netflix version in View Details, and then reinstall the application if needed. Refer to Image 1 and Image 2.

Go to SmartHub> Apps > My Apps. Highlight Netflix, and then press and hold the Enter button on the remote for 3

seconds

Select View Details to check the Netflix version number, and then select Reinstall to update/reinstall the application

if needed
