--This message is displayed when a picture's size is manually extended to the largest screen
display size with same video aspect ratio as the original picture. Picture size can continue to
be enlarged up to full screen size, but its aspect ratio will be distorted. Message appears on
17" and 18" LCD monitors when a user attempts to stretch beyond a 4:3 aspect ressolution
(640x480, 800x600, 1024x768 or others) to full screen display.
