Select and right click the entry and click REMOVE to un-install the improperly installed driver.

The entry with the exclamation mark should disappear; now click the REFRESH button.

14. A dialog box will show and asking for the path of the manufacturer's installation disk. Type in
"C:\windows\inf\other" as the path and click NEXT.
15. Highlight the USB Mass Storage Device under Models and then click NEXT.
16. Click NEXT to continue and then click FINISH to complete the installation.
17. Finally, the drivers are installed, and in Device Manager it should show the correctly installed USB Mass Storage
Class drivers under HARD DISK CONTROLERS.
18. Unplug the player from your PC.
19. Launch Windows Explorer, and check if your psa player can be detected by your computer and listed as
REMOVABLE DRIVE. If not, unplug the player from your PC and repeat steps 1 – 18.
20. You may now download music into the psa player by following the steps described above for MUSICMATCH
JUKEBOX.
For Mac users
1.
Hook up your psa player with the Mac PC using the supplied USB cable.
2.
Drag and drop the selected files to your psa player, which is named as Untitled disk on the desktop.
3.
Wait until the transfer process is complete, before disconnecting the player from your computer.
For Mac users

How can I convert music CDs into MP3 files with the MUSICMATCH jukebox?
1.
Launch MUSICMATCH Jukebox on your computer.
2.
Click CDèFiles in the MUSIC CENTER.

Insert a commercial music CD into your computer' s CD ROM drive. CD lookup will attempt to add artist track and
album names. If the ID3 tag information doesn' t appear, enter it manually.
4.
Check the boxes next to each track you wish to record, and then click the START button on the Recorder.
MUSICMATCH Jukebox will by default, create mp3 files at 128kbps and the recorded tracks will be automatically
added to the My library ready to be transferred onto the psa player.

How do I create and save a music playlists on MUSICMATCH Jukebox?
1.
Launch MUSICMATCH Jukebox on your computer.
2.
Open the My Library by clicking the My Library button in the MUSIC CENTER.
3.
Double click a track in My library, or drag and drop tracks from the My Library into the Playlist window.
4.
Drag and drop tracks within the Playlist to change the play order.
5.
Once all desired tracks are added, you have created a playlist, click Save to save the playlist for future use.
